Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime
Sellers with high performance and outstanding shipping capabilities can now apply for Seller Fulfilled Prime. To participate, sellers must meet the following criteria:
Location: Your company’s shipping address must be located in Germany.
Account type: Sellers must have a Professional selling plan account that is active and generally approved for selling on Amazon.
Premium shipping options: You must be eligible and registered for premium shipping options (1-day and/or 2-day delivery).

If you are already registered for premium shipping options, check your eligibility for premium shipping.
Orders with premium shipping: Sellers must have shipped at least 200 trial orders.
Shipping labels: Purchase shipping labels for orders containing a Prime item via the “Buy Shipping” feature and use a supported Prime carrier (currently only DPD).
Carrier pickup time: At least one supported Prime carrier must pick up shipments from the seller’s location at or after 2:30 PM local time (assuming the order cut-off time is 1:00 PM).
In addition, sellers must meet or exceed the following performance requirements:
Customer feedback: Sellers should have a customer rating of at least 4.5 stars.
Performance metrics: The seller’s performance metrics (over the last 30 days) must meet or exceed the following targets:
- The cancellation rate for orders with premium shipping must be below 1%.
- The late shipment rate for all orders must be below 1%.
- Valid tracking numbers must be provided for at least 94% of orders with premium shipping.
Sellers whose performance metrics fall below the required level or who violate the terms of their agreements with Amazon will no longer be allowed to display the Prime logo on their listings. However, they may continue selling items on Amazon without the Prime logo. Sellers whose performance improves may be eligible to reapply for Seller Fulfilled Prime.
